These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through the online store available at go2deep.com (“Store”).

The Store is intended for consumers only. Business purchases are not accepted.
2. Products and Orders
- Product descriptions and images are for general reference; minor variations may occur.
- By placing an order, the customer offers to buy under these Terms.
- A contract is concluded once the customer receives a written order confirmation.
- Seller may refuse an order for legitimate reasons (inventory issues, suspected fraud, etc.).
3. Prices, Payment & Taxes
- All prices are displayed without VAT.
- RybkaLabs s.r.o. is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.
- The buyer is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and taxes required by their destination country.
- Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout and processed by secure third-party payment providers.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping options, estimated delivery times & costs are shown at checkout.
- Delays due to customs clearance or carrier operations are outside Seller influence.
- Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the buyer.
- Undeliverable or refused shipments may result in return fees deducted from refunds.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days after delivery.
To exercise this right, notify the Seller by email: store@go2deep.com
Return shipment must be sent within 14 days after withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
6. Condition of Returned Products
Products may be opened and inspected as in a retail store.
- Keep items undamaged and clean
- Preserve all accessories and packaging
If the item has been used, damaged, or missing parts, deductions may apply to the refund.
7. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days following receipt and inspection.
- Original shipping refunded only up to the cost of standard shipping.
- Import taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
8. Defective Goods (Warranty)
If goods are defective or incorrect, Seller will repair, replace, or refund according to Czech & EU consumer protection law.
Buyer should report defects without undue delay, ideally within 2 months of discovery. Evidence (photos/videos) may be requested.
9. Exclusions
Withdrawal does not apply to:
- Software or digital content once activated
- Items damaged after delivery
- Returns missing essential components
10. Personal Data & Privacy
Data is processed according to the Privacy Policy available on the Store website.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
- Czech courts have jurisdiction.
- EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
12. Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated at any time. Orders remain governed by the Terms valid at order placement.
Returns & Refund Policy
- 14-day return window from delivery
- Opened products may be returned if clean and re-sellable
- Customer pays return shipping
- Refund after inspection
- No refunds of customs/import fees
